Design Consultation

It’s essential to have a set plan to work from before we commence any works. During an in-depth discovery session, we will review your site plan and explore your needs. Alternatively, if you already have a design for us to work from, we will use the consultation to further discuss your requirements.

Project Proposal

If you have opted to use our team for your design, we will present you with a proposal that features a 3D visualisation of your completed space as well as an estimate of costings. In the event that we are working from an existing design, your proposal will only include your estimate.

Preparation For Construction

Once your proposal is finalised and approved, our team will begin to prepare for construction. We will obtain any necessary council approvals and arrange a pre-start meeting with you. Your pre-start meeting is your opportunity to select your materials and learn what to expect during construction.

Construction Phase

It’s time for us to get to work. We’ll start with any necessary site preparation then build any major walls or structures. From there, we’ll organise reticulation and lighting, followed by any paving or <a href="https://revell.com.au/decking-perth/">decking</a>, then plants and lawns. Your project manager will be on call to provide progress updates and manage any variations, should they arise.

Completion & Handover

After we’ve tidied up and made all the finishing touches, we’ll invite you to inspect your completed project. We’ll walk around the space together, noting any details that need to be amended. Once we’ve made the final tweaks, it’s over to you to start enjoying your brand-new outdoor living area.
