The Vision
The objective was to activate multiple outdoor zones while delivering a premium landscape based on a bespoke design developed in collaboration with industry partner Outside In. Every component was custom fabricated to create a luxurious outdoor environment suited to the prestige riverside property.
The Challenge
Extremely difficult site access required cranes for much of the construction process, while numerous custom-fabricated elements demanded precise installation. Detailed coordination of electrical, gas, and other site services was essential to successfully deliver the complex design.
