Swanbourne Residence

In June 2017 Revell Landscaping created an outdoor oasis in Swanbourne for clients who wanted to make to make the most of the valuable real estate in their own back yard. The modern outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, and outdoor lounging space with fireplace create the perfect place to entertain with the kids.

The simplistic layout of this modern, contemporary landscape allows easy access to and visibility of all areas, taking existing ground contours & other parameters such as stone walls into consideration.

Key design features include a modern open outdoor pergola with outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, swimming pool with charcoal cobble cladding, poolside decking, travertine and bluestone paving. The Corten steel firepit feature on charcoal cobble plinth and low voltage LED lighting create a relaxing atmosphere.
